LAXXY offers digital services with transparency, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction. This policy describes what is covered by our warranty, what is not, and the limits of liability.

1. Scope of Warranty

After the final delivery of the project (website, automation, form, design, etc.), LAXXY guarantees:

  • Stable technical operation of the delivered functions according to the approved scope

  • Error corrections by our team

  • Free basic technical support during the period defined in the chosen plan

  • Simple updates (e.g., changing previously agreed text or images)

  • Internal backup of the final project for up to 30 days after delivery (when applicable)

2. Warranty Period

The technical warranty period is 7 calendar days after final delivery and project approval. During this period:

  • Adjustments will be made free of charge if the error is LAXXY's responsibility.

    After this period, any modifications will be considered a new service request.

3. What is not included in the Warranty

  • Requests for changes outside the original scope

  • Layout redesigns due to changes in taste or opinion

  • Changes to structure, colors, images, or sections not previously agreed upon

  • Errors caused by changes made by third parties or the client themselves

  • Issues caused by external accounts (e.g., expired domain, canceled integration, etc.)

  • Errors caused by misuse, misconfiguration, or external interference

  • New pages, features, or extensions requested after delivery

  • Cases where the client did not provide complete or clear information

4. Cancellation and Liability

If a project is canceled after it has started, the amount equivalent to the hours already dedicated will be charged, even if the client cancels. Cancellations without payment may result in:

  • Website Blocking

  • Domain Suspension

  • Project Deletion

  • Legal Action in Case of Bad conduct

5. Updates and Evolutions

LAXXY may, at its discretion, offer future improvements or updates for an additional fee, but this is not covered by the free warranty.
