How We Work

Digital Partnership Agreement – LAXXY Technology & Creation
Contract for Digital Partner– LAXXY Technology and Innovation
This agreement regulates the professional collaboration relationship between LAXXY and its partners, affiliates or commercial representatives who work with sales, marketing or support for our services.
1. Nature of the Partnership
The partnership provides digital services on a commission basis, with no employment relationship.
No partner will be registered under the CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), have a fixed salary, labor rights, or traditional benefits.
LAXXY does not cover expenses such as FGTS (Severance Indemnity Fund), INSS (National Institute of Social Security), vacation pay, 13th-month bonus, or any other obligations under labor laws.
All services are provided digitally/remotely, with no formal legal relationship as a contracted company.
2. Payment Method
Partners receive commissions for closed projects with clients they referred or directly served.
Payment will only be made after the client pays the amount to LAXXY and the funds are available in our account.
Commissions are transferred via PIX, PayPal, Wise, or the agreed-upon method, within 5 business days of full payment.
3. Partner Responsibilities
Represent LAXXY with professionalism and respect.
Meet deadlines and guidelines defined by the central team.
Maintain clarity in negotiations and avoid out-of-scope promises.
Ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service.
Do not perform services without prior approval from LAXXY.
4. Risks and Penalties
If the partner causes losses or cancellations due to mismanagement, unethical conduct or false promises, it may be:
Immediately dismissed from the team
Legally sued to refund the client
Included in LAXXY's internal misconduct registry
5. Disengagement
The partnership may be terminated at any time by either party without prior notice.
If the partner wishes to leave, they must inform the team and complete any pending work.
No LAXXY materials or visual identity may be used after the termination.
6. Legal Conditions
This agreement does not create an employment relationship of any kind.
The partner operates as a self-employed individual, individual contractor, or individual micro-entrepreneur (optional).
All relationships are governed by the civil and commercial laws in force in Brazil.
In the event of disputes, the courts of Hamilton, New Zealand, or São Paulo, Brazil, as applicable, will be responsible.
7. Confirmation of Partnership
Acceptance of this contract may be made by:
Digital signature
Acceptance via form by checking the "I have read and agree" box.
