First Steps

What to check first each time you open LAXXY CRM.

Your daily 5-minute routine+
  1. Open LAXXY CRM and first check Conversations for unread customer messages.
  2. Open Calendars and check today and tomorrow so you do not miss bookings.
  3. Open Opportunities and move every active lead to the correct stage.
  4. Check Tasks, invoices or payments that need action today.
  5. Before you finish for the day, reply to all pending messages and leave notes on important contacts.

Best practice to stay on top of the CRM+
  1. Use Conversations as your main place for replying to leads and customers.
  2. Keep contact records clean. Add notes, tags and custom fields so your team can understand the customer quickly.
  3. Move opportunities as soon as a lead changes stage. Do not leave old stages untouched.
  4. Use the calendar every day so appointments and follow-ups are visible to the team.
  5. If a task belongs to tomorrow, create a task instead of trying to remember it.
