1. Promotion Overview
This promotion offers a website, basic CRM, social media and brand creation setup provided by LAXXY.
The promotion is limited and subject to the terms below.
By accepting the promotion, the winner agrees to all conditions in this document.
2. Website Scope
The included website build covers:
Maximum of 5 pages
Any additional pages will be charged at $80 per hour + GST
Website structure and layout decided with LAXXY during onboarding
Stock free images will be used unless the winner provides their own content
LAXXY will deliver the website fully completed and ready to use.
Once the website is delivered and approved, no further changes are included.
3. E-commerce Conditions (if applicable)
If the website includes e-commerce:
Maximum of 3 products will be added by LAXXY
LAXXY will teach the winner how to add remaining products
Payment gateways and product setup beyond the included scope may incur extra charges
4. CRM and Ongoing Costs
The promotion includes a basic CRM setup.
After 6 months, the CRM fee will be:
$49 per month + GST
This covers basic CRM functionality only.
Advanced features, upgrades, or additional automation are not included unless agreed separately.
5. Domain and Email
Domain costs are Not included.
Domain price depends on availability and extension
Typical cost is around $35 per year, but this may vary
Professional email accounts are not included.
Email setup can be quoted separately if required.
6. Images, Photography, and Video
LAXXY uses royalty-free stock images unless the winner supplies their own.
Professional photography or video is not included.
If required:
Pricing will be discussed separately
No work will begin without agreement
7. Onboarding and Training
LAXXY provides onboarding to all clients:
In person, or
Video call
During onboarding, LAXXY will teach:
How to manage the website
How to use the CRM
How to perform basic updates independently
8. Support and Changes
Technical support is included.
This covers:
Platform access issues
System functionality questions
CRM or website guidance
Website changes after delivery are not included.
All requested changes after delivery will be charged at:
$80 per hour + GST
9. Transfer of the Prize
If the winner does not need the package:
The prize can be transferred to another person
The new recipient must meet all terms
The transfer must be approved by LAXXY
10. Eligibility
This promotion is valid for:
New Zealand residents only
New clients only
LAXXY reserves the right to verify eligibility.
11. General
LAXXY reserves the right to:
Decline work that falls outside the agreed scope
Update timelines based on client responsiveness
Cancel the promotion if misuse or misrepresentation occurs
No cash alternative is available.

LAXXY Terms of Use
These Terms of Use regulate the use of the services, products and platforms offered by LAXXY Tecnologia & Criation, a company specialized in design, websites, automation, branding and customized digital solutions.
By contracting our services or accessing our digital channels, you agree to the terms below.
1. Description of Services
LAXXY offers:
Custom website and sales page creation
Digital marketing and content strategies, filming and photography
CRM process automation
Social media management and branding
Custom AI and API integrations
Remote support and technical support available by the hour or package
Services are customized according to the client's needs, after analysis and proposal sent by email or WhatsApp.
2. Access and Contracting
All services are contracted digitally, without any employment relationship or legal obligation beyond what is set forth in this agreement.
Clients can purchase our packages through online forms. After review, we will send a quote with the deadline, scope, and price.
The project only begins upon payment or written confirmation.
3. Cancelations
The client can cancel at any time.
If the project has already started, the hours already dedicated will be charged proportionally.
Cancellations without payment may result in temporary blocking or removal of the website/hosting until the situation is resolved.
Custom projects are non-refundable once execution has begun.
4. Technical Support
Support is offered via digital channels (WhatsApp, email, video call).
Service is provided on a contracted basis (hourly, weekly, or monthly), depending on the client's package.
Errors caused by our team or technical failures on our servers will be corrected free of charge.
Changes outside the original scope will be charged based on a new analysis.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created remain the property of LAXXY until full payment for the project.
After payment, the client has full rights to use the materials, except for third-party software, licenses, or APIs.
6. Responsabilitys
LAXXY is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the website, third-party errors (such as social media or banks), or changes made by third parties.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information within the requested timeframe.
Deadlines may be extended if the client delays approvals, feedback, or delivery of materials.
7. Warranty Policy
We guarantee operation and delivery within the agreed scope.
Warranties only cover technical issues directly related to the contracted service.
Aesthetic changes, excessive revisions, or scope changes are not covered.
8. Privacy
The personal data you provide will be used exclusively for service provision and communication.
We do not share, sell, or disclose data to third parties, except when required by law.
We store data securely, complying with the LGPD.
9. Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by New Zealand law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the client's jurisdiction may be used, provided the service was provided within the country.
10. Acceptance
By filling out our forms, approving a quote, using our services or accessing our content, you declare that you agree to these Terms of Use.
